The Light Awareness Centre was opened in May 2002 in Talbot Road, Winton by mother & son and business partners Tina & Mark Stone, combining their skills in both spiritual and therapeutic disciplines. In May 2006 the second Light Awareness Centre was opened in Westbourne, comprising of three therapy rooms dedicated teaching and workshop space.

In May 2007, all therapies and treatments moved over to the Westbourne Centre.

The Light Awareness Centre has continued to grow and develop, covering many areas of Mind, Body & Spirit. We have over 30 Therapists and Readers working from the Centre providing a comprehensive range of complementary therapies, spiritual readings and personal development courses.

In September 2010, after 8 years of trading Tina & Mark changed the name of the Centre to "Mind«Body«Spirit" due to the fact that they were one of the only mind, body & spirit shops combined with therapy centre, readings and workshops in the Bournemouth, Poole & surrounding area.

The shop stocks a wide selection of books, CDs, crystals and associated products for spiritual development, as well as some wonderful inspiring gifts. So whatever you are looking for in your life at this moment in time, we can hopefully help direct you and inspire you on your search!
