Debbie has ten years experience in the holistic field. She is qualified in Reflexology, Reiki Healing, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candling, Diet and Nutrition and Holistic Massage. Debbie has also studied tarot cards and palmistry and runs palmistry and nutrition workshops. She is currently studying hypnotherapy, NLP and life coaching and her interests include: past life regression, numerology and astrology.

Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage has been practiced for over 1000 years. It was originally developed by women who used various oils according to the season (coconut, sesame, mustard, herbal oils, almond and henna) to keep hair strong, lustrous and in beautiful condition. Indian Head Massage was developed for just the head area, but over the last twenty years the treatment has evolved by being extended from just working the hair and scalp to the face, neck and arms. The back and shoulders are vulnerable areas for the accumulation of stress and tension, using gentle but firm pressure on these areas can help to alleviate problem areas.
