NLP

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
offers an understanding
of how we, as unique individuals, create our worlds. It provides the
technology and skills to make the
changes we want to make easily and naturally so that we can live, express
and develop ourselves as fully as we want to. It is practical,
logical and highly effective. We live in exciting times, we know an
amazing amount about technological innovation and yet we know very little
about what it is that makes human beings work so magnificently.
Life Coaching is for people that are truly ready to create a
successful life for themselves. A coach provides expertise, encouragement
and support for helping you to make improvements in your life. A coach is
not a therapist... more than a consultant... and not Just a friend: They
are your personal advocates and expert to help you realise your full
potential? Don't you deserve to have an expert committed to your success?

Metamorphic
Technique
£35
(60mins)
The Metamorphic Technique is the application of a light
touch on the spinal reflexes of the feet, hands and head. Although it is
not called a therapy, it is typically a very relaxing experience. Comments
have often included 'a feeling of being
grounded, balanced, lighter in outlook'
and other similar descriptions indicating some form of release. Many
people have reported that the Metamorphic Technique has helped release
emotional fears from past shocks through life events such as surgery,
bereavement, relationship problems, birth, an accident, and many other
unexpected events. It can be used on its own or in conjunction with
conventional and/or complementary medicine.
With the technique being both pleasant and relaxing many
people enjoy having a session on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.
