Lorraine Exley
is a qualified member of the Guild of Holistic Therapists and
a Healer using a variety of holistic techniques to bring healing and
balance back to the body, so that we may live our lives with the health
and vibrancy which is our birthright. It is her belief that we all have
within us the capacity to bring about positive changes to our physical,
spiritual and emotional selves, whatever our condition.
She has
been privileged to have lived, worked and experienced shamanic practices with
many indigenous cultures and uses their wisdom and teachings to restore balance
between ourselves and the earth.
Actively involved in the vibrational balance and protection of our planet, she
believes that our own life-force and that of Mother Earth are interconnected.
She is an Andean Mesa holder having been initiated into Sacred Andean rites in
Peru.
Lorraine
is a Shamanic Astrologer having studied astrology for over 30 years and has
published many articles on the subject.
