In this workshop, we look at working with cleansing and protecting your own energy; so this course will help you deflect unwanted energies and empower and strengthen your our personal energy field and space.

Energy & Space Clearing

You may also want to look at how energy becomes stagnant, unsettled or trapped in our environment and then looks at ways of clearing it. Includes use of meditation, spiritual work and singing bowls, smudging etc

If you feel you want to deepen your understanding of the spiritual abilities and powers within you and also how the spirit world affect our own energy and the environment around us then we suggest that you do the following courses:

Basics of Sitting & Mediumistic Development

This courses gives us a basic understanding of what our spiritual development is all about and a feet on the ground approach to working with the spirit world. Also how to meditate to blend with the spirit world.

Tuning In

This workshop looks at how we tune into the spirit world and how our mediumistic and psychic awareness works. You will also learn exercises to sharpen your psychic senses.
