Energy & Space Clearing

This workshop looks at how energy becomes stagnant, unsettled or trapped in our environment and then looks at ways of clearing it. Includes use of meditation, spiritual work and singing bowls, smudging etc

Psychic Protection

It is also good to look at working with cleansing and protecting your own energy as we often contribute to the build up of negative energies in the environment so this course will help you deflect unwanted energies and empower and strengthen your our personal energy field and space.

Basics of Sitting & Mediumistic Development

This workshop gives us a basic understanding of what our spiritual development is all about and a feet on the ground approach to working with the spirit world. Also how to meditate to blend with the spirit world.

Tuning In

This workshoplooks at how we tune into the spirit world and how our mediumistic and psychic awareness works. You will also learn exercises to sharpen your psychic senses.
