In this course, we look at the purpose behind meditation for spiritual unfoldment,

which is the expansion of the auric field.

We look at seeing the auric energy and how meditation affects us and our energies.

Looking at & Sensing the Aura

The Nature of Our Energy System

Attuning to Your Own Spirit, the Spirit World & the Divine

Exercises for Attunement 

You will receive detailed course notes.

The cost of this course is £35 (This includes course notes).

The one-day courses will include a one-hour lunch break.

Courses will start on time, please arrive ten minutes the course is

due to start to give yourself time to settle in.
