Monday 8th & Tuesday 9th November 2010 7pm ~ 10.30pm In this workshop, we look at the purpose behind meditation for spiritual unfoldment, which is the expansion of the auric field. We learn how different parts of the "Sitting in the Power" meditation effects our energy, how the spirit world & the divine effects our energy centers. We will also look at starting to see and perceive the aura and the energies and structures within it.
This course includes: Looking at & Sensing the Aura The Nature of Our Subtle Energy System The Anatomy of the Aura How Meditation Affects the Aura Attuning to Your Own Spirit, the Spirit World & the Divine Exercises for Attunement
You will receive a comprehensive course manual
The cost of this course is £45 (This includes course notes) (50% non-refundable deposit payable on booking)
The one-day courses will include a one-hour lunch break
*This workshop requires you to have attended “The Basics of Sitting & Mediumistic Development” & the "Tuning In" courses first before moving onto this one.
