Monthly Meditation Group

The Light Awareness Centre offers a monthly Meditation Group
For "beginners" as well as those more "experienced" meditators
Each month the Meditation Group will include:
Meditations on a specific theme ~ Questions & Answers Session
Special Offers on Meditation Books & CDs
Held on the Third Wednesday of Every Month
Morning Meditation Group (New for 2008)
10.30am Start: Please be prompt
(The morning meditation group will finish at about 1pm)
Evening Meditation Group
7pm Start: Please be prompt
(The meditation group will finish at about 9.30pm)
Each month we begin with the basics of meditation and simple techniques to achieve peace and stillness. We then move on to more involved meditations on a theme
Cost meditation group £7 each month (including refreshments)

Each group will include a preamble on meditation, so students can attend any of the sessions, as each one will follow a different theme.
