Have you always wondered how the people who

stand up and speak in public do it?

Do you want to be able to do it?

To do it well? And enjoy it?

This course will give you more all round confidence in meetings, job interviews and with family and friends. All your verbal and non-verbal communications with others will improve beyond measure.

There is no secret to it – you can learn in two evenings. Working together in a small group you will learn how to stand, breathe and speak – sounds simple – it is! We will look at how you feel about speaking in public and change those feelings into excitement and enjoyment.

On the first Tuesday we will work on the feelings and the practicalities of speaking. On the second evening everyone in the group will get an opportunity to stand and speak within a safe and comfortable environment in front of a supportive audience.

I am an NLP Master Practitioner and I will use these skills to work with you on an individual and group basis. I regularly speak in public for my own work and on behalf of a local and a national charity.
