What is an angel?
We will look at what stories or experiences of Angels you may have had. What do you feel an angel is?
What is a Guardian Angel?
We all have a guardian Angel. Our Guardian Angel has always been present in our everyday lives.
Our Guardian Angel knows us inside out and loves us unconditionally and will not intervene without us asking for their help however they protect and guide us throughout our lives. In this workshop, we will create a sacred space for you to connect with your Guardian Angel.
Angelic Attunement and Aura cleansing
This is the loveliest exercise that I experienced while training with Hazel Raven. Is quite powerful and can be life-changing too.
The Angels of light are known as the 'Seraphim' will bring forward a healing energy known as 'brilliance' it is a stream of rainbow light that flows down through your body. The Seraphim, whose essence is perfect love is directed from the Divine, and our being is flooded with infinite love, light, joy and peace.
Meditation to connect with your Guardian Angel
This is a guided meditation that may help you to visualize or feel the presence of your Guardian Angel.
We will be using 'Hazel Ravens Soul essences' using crystals such as rose quartz, selenite, celestite, and danburite helping us to tune in with the angelic realm. Practicing meditation in our everyday lives helps us to align ourselves with our Guardian Angel. Also connecting with our higher Self (our soul) which brings in peace and love through us. When the mind is still and body relaxed, we then can receive higher positive guidance from the Angelic realm.

Make an Angelic altar
I will inspire you to create your beautiful Angel altar for you and your home.
An angel altar is your own personal sacred space where you can meditate and focus on what you want in your life. These wonderful loving energies will animate around your home and in your daily lives. Personal selection of items inspired by the angels through meditation inspiration will help you become more mindful of the issues and challenges concerning the particular aspect of your life you are currently working on.
Grounding and self responsibility
Learning to take responsibility for ourselves and knowing we create our own path in our life.
We interact with everything while walking our path, we are all interlink Our thoughts are energies that create our world around us, our own energies affect everything. The Angels message is to learn to love ourselves unconditionally and then we can love others unconditionally.
Grounding ourselves helps us to focus and protects us from negativity While being anchored to the earth we are grounding the light and are able to center ourselves in love radiating healing energies to all who we meet in our lives.
Working with your Guardian Angel
Once we have tuned in with our Guardian Angel. We will receive healing and relaxation their healing energies. Reading Angel cards for inspiration and guidance.
You are welcome to bring fresh water and a blanket and cushion.
Their will be a selection of angel gifts. Anything you wish to order will be assisted by The Light Awareness Centre. Hot drinks will also be provided.
